Endorphin Fitness
Photography, Video, and additional creative services provided for Endorphin Fitness. Creating video and photography content as an in-house creative for this company with an established brand and dedicated, long-time customers was a great privilege and a whole lot of fun. The company believes that every athlete has the capacity to “Be More”, and has trained athletes of all ages and all abilities to push themselves and accomplish more than they ever thought possible.

“Be More”
Promotional video I edited for EF in 2018 as a broad overview of their philosophy and programming. I filmed the majority of the b-roll and all the interviews / stand-up footage.
Julie Patterson Interview
Short documentary and interview with a long-time EF athlete. All b-roll, interview shooting, editing (and, well, the interview itself, as you can see) was done by me.
H.I.T.I.W.
Short (and a little silly) video created for a USAT competition, which we won. Video was scripted, shot, and edited by me. I also created the lower thirds motion graphics.
“Shop Talk”: Zipp 454
I began at Endorphin Fitness as a bike mechanic, but quickly took on more and more work in content creation and content marketing. I created a series of videos for the EF YouTube channel demonstrating new products that we were carrying in the shop. This was a typical video in the series, which I scripted, filmed, acted in, created graphics for, and edited.
Product + Services Documentation
As a retail and service business, Endorphin Fitness required extensive documentation both of the physical product they sold, but also great branded images representing their high quality coaching, bike fit, and bike repair services. Below are some of the images I created for social media and web usage showing their products and services.
Race Photography
Sports photography is particularly challenging and enjoyable work, and I was thankful to be able to do it regularly for EF. It takes a fair bit of practice and knowledge of any sport to situate yourself at the right time and have the right equipment in place to create an image within a split second. Triathlon further complicates the matter by having three wildly different events in a visual sense, and having them take place back to back over a huge course with no time between them. I love the constraints and the challenges of sports photography, and I loved photographing triathlons.
